The Donation Society OGR arranged its annual meeting from the 6th of September up to the 8th of September 2019.

This year it was in the context of the 9. German Organ Day a presentation of the three large organ-projects of the Organ-Town Halberstadt: - the Michael-Praetorius-Organ for Saint Martini Church, - the Cathedral-Organ with the Cathefral-Promotion-Circle, - the John-Cage-Organ-Project - and of the 40th anniverary year of the Halberstadt organ manufacturer Hüfken.

The Donation Society welcomed the members and the guests in the Winterkirche of the Cathedral on the 6th of Septtember as of 9:15 a.m. From 10:00 a.m. the organ-scientist Koos van de Linde presented results of investigations and calculations for the wind-chestof the Beck-Organ. After midday-devotion and a light meal the second part of the colloquium with discussion and debate started at 1:15 p.m. An excursion to the Christph-Continius-Organ in the St. Andres Church happened as of 3:30 p.m. A presentation of the Halberstadt-Organ-Treasures - in presence of the Lord Mayor Andreas Henke and under patronage of the former Prime Minister of Saxony Anhallt, Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Böhmer, started in the Hochschule Harz at 7:00 p.m.

The Annual Meeting of the Donation Society was cotinued with organ-music in the Halberstadt Cathedral and subsequent chiming of the bells on Saturday the 7th of September at 12:00 p.m. The Annual Meeting with election of the board began after a snack at 2:00 p.m. A documentation of the Beck-organ was presented in the Martini-Church from 4.00 p.m. And a charity in favour of the Beck-Organ took place in the Cathedral at 6:00 p.m.

After a special worship service about the organ in the Halberstadt Cathedral on Sunday the 8th of September there were different offers of guided tours and talks as pat of the German Organ Day.
